Welcome to

At the end of the St. Charles Streetcar line, the Riverbend community is fast-growing, and popular area for young professionals and families. Much of the community's activity is entered around Oak Street, where there are many vibrant shops, bars and restaurants that provide the neighborhood with character and charm.

The Riverbend offers a mix of residential housing options that range from apartments which Tulane and Loyola University students call home to spacious New Orleans-style mansions. Since the area is one of the most popular places to live in the city, appealing properties come off the market rather quickly, meaning that prospective residents are advised to move quickly on appealing options.
